Sip Pretty by Millie reserves the right to deny any replacement or claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
We do not offer refunds for:
Customer change of mind
Minor design variations (handmade products may vary slightly)
Delivery delays due to shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Refunds will only be considered in rare, exceptional cases and are at the sole discretion of the business owner.

At Sip Pretty by Millie, each item is made to order with care and detail. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable once an order is placed. Custom designs are created based on customer requests and cannot be resold or returned.

We will offer a replacement (not a refund) if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong item by mistake
To be eligible for a replacement:
You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for customer error, such as incorrect spelling, colors, or sizes submitted at checkout.
