All items are made for everyday use but must be handled with care. Customers are advised to follow care instructions provided with their order.
We are not responsible for damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper care of products, including dishwasher or microwave exposure if not labeled as safe for such use.

Custom Orders & Artwork
All items are handmade and customized. By submitting a custom order or design request, you affirm that you have the rights to use any names, characters, logos, or artwork included in your request.

Sip Pretty by Millie is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing rights of submitted content.

We reserve the right to reject any design we feel violates intellectual property laws or our values.

Intellectual Property Disclaimer
Some designs may include pop culture references, illustrations, or characters requested by customers. These items are not mass-produced or advertised for profit as branded merchandise.

Made-to-Order Policy
Each cup or tumbler is made by hand and customized per your request.

Because of the nature of custom work, all sales are final unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

Minor variations in color, placement, or finish are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Returns & Replacements
If your order is damaged in shipping or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 business days with photos and your order number.

Approved replacements will be re-created and shipped at no cost.

Care Instructions
Hand wash only unless otherwise stated. Do not microwave or place in dishwasher.

Improper care may cause fading, peeling, or damage. We are not liable for damage due to misuse.

Limitation of Liability
Sip Pretty by Millie is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
