SHIPPING POLICY
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Sip Pretty by Millie is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our possession. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that risk of loss and title for any items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
We are not liable for:
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delays due to carrier service disruptions or weather conditions
Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
In the event of a damaged or defective product, Sip Pretty by Millie will offer a replacement for the same item upon proof of damage within the time frame stated in our Shipping Policy. Refunds are not issued for shipping delays outside of our control.

At Sip Pretty by Millie, every item is handmade with care. Because each product is custom, we want to be clear about how shipping works and what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipping.
Custom or high-volume orders may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available rate. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
Rush orders: May be available on request (fees apply)
International orders: Currently not available
Shipping Delays
Please note that Sip Pretty by Millie is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Weather conditions, holidays, or natural events
Once the package is in the carrier’s hands, we cannot control delivery time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:
Please first check with neighbors or household members
Then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address:
The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
